  3) A certificate of health signed by a physician.

  4) Official transcripts from previous schools.

Children will be accepted subject to availability of space, provided that the records are complete, we are confident that the child will be able to substantially benefit from our program, and that the parents will support the mission of the school and abide by the school policies.

We expect the application form to be completed honestly and in detail, and that the parents communicate to us fully about their objectives in enrolling their child at our school.

入学手続き：

入学手続きに必要なものは以下のとおりです：

１）保護者面接、その後お子様との面接。アポイントは03-3980-1057まで電話にてお取り下さい。

２）願書と健康管理カード。記入漏れのないようお願い致します。

３）医療機関からの健康診断書

４）以前・現在のお子様の学校の成績証明書

上記の書類をきちんと揃えて提出いただき、また我々が本校のプログラムを通してお子様が大いに学ぶことができると確信でき、そして保護者の方に学校の目標をサポートし、方針を遵守していただき、かつ新入生を受け入れる余裕がある場合に入学を許可します。

願書は偽りのないよう、詳細にご記入下さい。また、本校への入学希望理由をきちんとお知らせ下さい。
